Rosheil Periquet Kadekawa, LPN

Adult Family Home Provider

Background

As a second generation owner of Periquet Adult Family Home, Rosheil grew up along side the family business since 1995, serving as a residential manager since 2014, then finally transitioning ownership in 2018 from Sheila Periquet. The admiration of her mother's high standards in long term care, attention to detail and dedication to residents  has created the strong foundation for her as a provider. Rosheil currently lives onsite with her mother, spouse and two sons at an attached private residence connecting to the adult family home, where she is available 24/7 for management and care. Sheila Periquet, registered nurse of 40+ years, continues to serve as a secondary contact and coordinator.

Education & Experience

Rosheil graduated from Curtis Senior High School in 2007, received her Associates Degree of Arts and Science at Tacoma Community College in 2008 and completed her vocational nursing at Kaplan College in California in 2009. As a licensed nurse of 15 years, she has obtained experience in skilled nursing facilities, geriatrics, subacute care, short term rehabilitation, adult developmental disability group homes, Madigan Puyallup Clinic family medicine and most recently on her 10th year as inpatient hospital care at Tacoma General progressive care unit.
